Hi dreamers,
after the outfit dedicated to Oak Buff and Dried Herb, today I show you another Pantone color perfect for this autumn winter.
I am talking about Marsala 8-1438 that is the Pantone color of 2015.
For me, it’s a burgundy with less purple and more brown.
Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, said:”While PANTONE 18-3224 Radiant Orchid, the captivating 2014 color of the year, encouraged creativity and innovation, Marsala enriches our mind, body and soul, exuding confidence and stability. Much like the fortified wine that gives Marsala its name, this tasteful hue embodies the satisfying richness of a fulfilling meal, while its grounding red-brown roots emanate a sophisticated, natural earthiness. This hearty, yet stylish tone is universally appealing and translates easily to fashion, beauty, industrial design, home furnishings and interiors.”
I think that this color is more indicated for cold seasons than the warmer ones.
So it’s time for you to experiment this with mix and match!
I also show you another trend: the cardigan used like a coat with a belt in the waist. Do you like it?
Let me know in the comments below if you like this color and my look! :)
