Trend 2015: Normcore / New Normal

Buongiorno dupes girls,
la moda degli “Hipster” è finita, tanto che non ne stiamo più sentendo parlare ed è così mainstream che anche mia nonna sa cosa vuol dire.
Dalla metà del 2014 un nuovo stile si è impossessato delle strade di New York, uno stile normale e semplice. Così normale e semplice che io non lo avrei riconosciuto come trend, ma dato il circo quotidiano (che spesso è moda) si è fatto notare e distinguere.
Così ora vestirsi “normali” è di moda, con jeans e t-shirt.
Questo stile è definito normcore o “new normal“, neologismo (crasi delle parola normal e hard-core) super googlato negli ultimi mesi.
I giornali segnalano star come Cara Delevingne, Keira Knightley, Kristen Stewart e Rihanna che indossano questo trend fuori dai riflettori. Ma non lo indossiamo forse anche noi tutti ogni giorno?
O quando semplicemente non abbiamo voglia di vestirci, come possono non averla anche le star ogni tanto?

Questa tendenza moda è unisex, a causa della sua semplicità, e si basa su alcuni capi fondamentali.
Jeans a vita alta, t-shirt bianche, maxi maglioni comodi, ciabatte, sneakers (preferibilmente bianche o nere), blazer, salopette, maglioni con il collo alto, pantaloni dal taglio maschile, mocassini, cappotto lungo, clutch, gilet, maglioni dal collo rotondo, zaini…

E i colori? Beh che domande, i classici colori basic come bianco, nero, grigio, blu, cammello, marrone. No alle texture, se non per piccole eccezioni bicromatiche.

Che dire, questo trend non mi entusiasma. Per quanto io sia un’amante del total black mi piace giocare anche con forme, colori e texture… se non con i vestiti almeno con gli accessori!
Sicuramente ci voleva un “dieta” per accantonare tutto l’eccesso che la moda sta raggiungendo, però così penso sia veramente troppo.
In un mondo dove tutto è moda e niente è moda, cosa ci rende davvero diversi? Se ci vestissimo tutti ogni giorno seguendo lo stile normcore saremmo ancora una volta tutti uguali.

the Hipster trend, as we all know, is dead. It became too mainstream, also my grandmother know what “Hipster” means!
From the middle of 2014, in the streets of New York, a new simple and normal trend has born.
Such simple and normal that I don’t know how they recognize it as a trend and not as a normal guy with normal clothes. Well maybe that is the point of it.
Know the normal style is the new cool thing, with only jeans and a white t-shirt you can be the ultimate fashionista.
This style is define as “Normcore“(normal and hardcore) or “New Normal“, both super googled in the last months.
The papers said that also the stars are following this trend, as Cara Delevingne, Keira Knightley, Kristen Stewart and Rihanna… Well I think that we all follow this trend every day, or every time that we don’t care about what we are wearing. Don’t you think so?

This trend is unisex and the must haves are: high waist jeans, white t-shirt, maxi comfy sweater, Birkenstock, sneakers (white or black), blazer, overalls, turtleneck sweater, men’s trousers, loafer, long coat, clutch, gilet, backpack…

And the colors? Just the basic ones: white, black, camel, grey, brown and blue. No texture.

I love the total black looks, but I think that this trend is annoying. I love play with different texture, colors, forms, materials and accessories.
I agree with the fact that fashion needs a diet for leave all the surplus, but this is too much.
In a world where all is fashion and nothing is fashion, what make us different? If we all dress following the normcore we will be all the same another time.
